A well built Swedish blue water boat, with a simple set-up, that can take us anywhere.

Our Hallberg-Rassy 312 Mark II was built in 1990. We bought her in 2020 and are the 8th caretakers of this beautiful Scandinavian boat. In 2021 she was re-powered with an Oceanvolt Electric Motor. On her way to being a more sustainable home on the water.

The Plan.

Adam owned his first bought back in 2010, he’s always dreamt of living aboard, but it took until 2018 to convince Laura. Top Tip: Get her on board by Nick O’Kelly.
We almost bought another boat in July 2020 but after a survey we found the engine had been under water. At that point we were not going electric and we worried what else they hadn’t disclosed. We walked away.
Our Surveyor Barney Sollars was brilliant. We’ve got a lot of time for Barney.
Boat jobs will take as long as they take. We are not in rush and doing pretty much everything ourselves, but we won’t hang around any longer than we need to.
